Rates:

We only charge rent plus tax and refundable deposit; we do not charge booking fees, management fees, cleaning fees or anything else!!

$75 to $135 per night depending upon the season, number of guests and availability.

In addition we must charge a lodging tax fee per night of $12.50 or 10% of the nightly rental rate whichever is greater.

We also collect a fully refundable cleaning and security deposit equal to one night's rental (or more for extended stays).

We offer discounts for rentals of more than 7 nights, in the Winter that is 15% off the rental rates and in Summer that is 10% off the rental rates.

Our Winter special is buy two nights at the regular rates and get a third night for free; or any home for two persons is $75 plus tax; please ask about details and availability, no combining specials.

We also offer specials throughout the year via e-mail alerts and notices.

We now have wireless internet access available for a small fee at the Abode and Oasis.

We do not allow smoking or pets (inside or outside) at any of our properties. If you smoke we request that you step away from the home and pick up.

We ask folks to leave the homes as they found them (or better) as we do not charge a cleaning fee.  If it is necessary for us to clean there will be an hourly charge of $25. We can make prior arrangements to clean due to your travel plans or personal preferences.
